Wraparound Mortgage Advice

All - I am trying to do some wraparound mortgage transaction in the future. Are there any tips and pitfall to look out? Google is my best friend so far but still completely new and hope you guys can share some lights on this topic. Also, if you are attorney and have done this type of transaction in VA, I would love to connect!!!
