Good afternoon everybody!

My name is Mark Jajowka and I am 19 years old. I am new to investing, and looking to learn the ropes. Interested in learning about multi-family units. Currently in the works of buying a duplex and I am going to live in one side and then rent out the other. Also interested in how everyone else got started, so if you want to message me and tell me how you got started that would be awesome!
