Run from Zbuyer... Fast!!!

A few leads given and to many people contacting the owner.

I was given a month and seven day trial period from the representative Elizabeth Fullington. She promised me she would walk me through the service, but once I started with the company I could never get anybody on the phone again. A few days leading up to the end of my trial period I started to call to cancel my membership. I only received people's voice mail. On Sept 1, 2014 I called the company but the business was closed. They still managed to charge my card. After getting frustrated with their lack of communication I emailed and called on Sept 2nd still receiving the run around. Elizabeth Fullington sent me this message "Due to the inconsistency and lack of reliability of email communication we require your cancellation to be performed via the telephone. We will continue to run the credit card on file each month. Please call 888-400-6123 to cancel your account. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. We appreciate your business." I called the number given and nobody picked up the phone. I emailed Elizabeth Fullington again and she told me to contact Amber Crabb. I emailed her and she sent me the same message. When I called 888-400-6123 Amber Crabb picked up the phone. She then informed me she doesn't handle cancellations. Around 5pm Eastern, I finally speak to Sarah Lee who stated she can't give a refund due to my billing date. She informed me i need to call a day before. I told her i tried calling several times. I informed her i would like to speak to the person in charge and she told me Aaron doesn't have time for all these cancellation calls. She then got upset, cancelled my account, kept my money, called me unprofessional and hung up the phone.

Sorry @Antonio Cordeiro for being vague. I'm basically looking for an investor with multi-families or who is wholesaling to shadow in the New York Area.

I'm looking for a local Rehabber in the NYC market to learn from. My girlfriend and I, recently acquired a four family building in Brooklyn and I have another deal with a foreclosure pending. I'm looking for assistance in handling both situations the best way possible. In exchange for teaching me the ropes, I have a tax business and we can prepare your taxes.

Would it be smart to capitalize in Detroit's down market with housing prices so low?
