Albuquerque Courthouse Auctions, foreclosure…

Hello all,

I noticed the paper has the courthouse auctions back in the paper.

My curiosity is if you can work eight the bank or the assigned executor to negotiate a price prior to the auction?

I also want to hear insight about getting a property through these auctions. My worry is not being able to go into the home and bidding on unknown renovation costs.

I’m going to at least attend the upcoming auctions.

Any conversation would be very appreciated!

I will be primarily trying to flip the houses and renting if that doesn’t work.
