Seeking recommendations - San Diego building materials suppliers

Hi all!

San Diego investors -- I'm currently working on my first home renovation, employing a live-in flip or long term flip. My wife and I purchased a 1,800 SF 3/2 property in La Mesa. I would love if anyone has recommendations for building materials supply wholesalers. I'd like to purchase materials myself to do a number of the renovation projects myself. Any investor-friendly (good pricing, contractor cash accounts with discounted pricing, etc) supplier recommendations for various materials (flooring, tile, stone, countertop materials, hardscaping, lumber, windows, fixtures, roofing materials, etc) is greatly appreciated!
