Investing in a large college town
Hey everyone! Do any of you have experience renting to students? I’m live in a large college town that is really going to grow within the next 10 years. I feel like renting a property to students is a huge risk because, well, they can be wild sometimes and tend to ruin things. I know not all do but it is a big risk. Any experience here with it? Thanks!
