Owner Financing Questions

I plan to suggest an owner-financed deal in a couple weeks. The property is a headache for the owner and I don't have the capital to put 20-25% down yet. So, I believe owner-financing will meet both of our goals in this transaction.

Is there a comprehensive contract template out there or would we need to sit down with legal to write a unique one?

How would you structure terms?

Also, if you have any tips, forums, or episodes you'd recommend on this topic, I'd love to expand my knowledge.

With gratitude,

Joseph
