Taking on another loan waiting for my house to be built.

Hey Bigger Pockets,

I am waiting for my house to be built that I used a USDA loan for.   It will be completed in November, so about 6 months from now.  So my idea is to buy a fixer-upper in an up and coming location and fix it up for the next few months while my house is being built, and then rent out the newly fixed-up house when my house is ready for me to move into in November.  I'm worried if I take out another loan, that will affect my ability to keep my USDA loan.  Who should I talk to about this?

Thank you!
