How can I be beneficial to you with no money to put down on a deal? 2 things I can think of..I can and will find a good deal you are interested in and I can give you my time to do anything you need me too regarding the deal.

Also I am looking for any way possible to learn as much as I can regarding property management/contractor management. I read a lot, but I also need to learn doing some hands on type of things.

I am located in Arlington, but am willing too drive for a great learning opportunity!! I need to get my finances in order before I purchase my first investment so right now I am trying to learn, absorb all I can! Make wonderful contacts along the way!!
