Anyone Investing in Condos in Philly outskirts??

I found a pair of condos in the Springfield/Folcroft area, just outside of Philly. They're asking $175k for both.

I've never analyzed a condo investment before. Anyone have tips? Things to look for? Am I missing pitfalls?

Decent renovated inside, 2 2bdr units, 2 garages, probate parking spaces, basement, etc. Not the most walkable area, but close to shopping and would probably appeal to 25-40 yr old couples or roommates... Rent about $1200 per unit, $175k asking...

@Ty Thomas I would look into the HOA fees for the condo. They can be pretty expensive and eat into your cash flow.

    Best of luck!
