Help!

I am new to investing and had someone come to me for help and I need help with options to present to them. They are currently 4 months behind on their mortgage $4500 and Wells Fargo is beating their door down. The balance on their mortgage is around $132k and home is worth about $172k. Is there anything I can do to help them at this point? Please help!

Tell them to list their property and get it sold. If its worth $172K, they should net more than enough to pay off their mortgage.

Or, if they want to stay in the house, scrape up the money to get current on their payments.
