Got signed contract on HUD property. Was listed at 200k reduced to 180k, won bid for 155,216. There is a small water stain on ceiling from leak - upstairs hall bath. Should I get an inspection if I'm wholesaling the property?

Oh ok... Thanks Matt. That is where I screwed myself. I thought we were supposed to put cash when using transactional funding. I wonder if they would allow me to submit an amended contract?

I have an accepted bid from HUD and submitted a POF with my package but HUD is asking for proof of funds with my name and banking info. Has anyone ever ran into this problem using transactional funding????

I am new to investing and had someone come to me for help and I need help with options to present to them. They are currently 4 months behind on their mortgage $4500 and Wells Fargo is beating their door down. The balance on their mortgage is around $132k and home is worth about $172k. Is there anything I can do to help them at this point? Please help!
