So I want to keep track of everything and I thought hey why not use a google spreadsheet.

1. Is there a link to a program or a YouTube video to learn how to use google spreadsheet and in general use it for real estate?

2. Is there a website where you can buy already built in spreadsheets and all you have to do is plug in the numbers?
