Finding a non-local contractor for investments

Full disclosure I'm a contractor and my niche is non-local investors. I'm trying to provide the best experience I can for those in the Philadelphia and southern New Jersey markets. I've had no complaints yet but always trying to provide more value.

Keys to our success can be broken down into one word: communication.... but obviously gets much more detailed than that.

Looking for feedback from out of state investors in this situation. Please share some of the ways that a non local contractor can make you feel at ease and comfortable during a daunting process like renovating a home from another state!
