In my search for an umbrella policy I discovered my insurance on my rental property has been way underinsured. I’m with Nationwide and they had my properties with only fire/dwelling coverage and nothing more. I’m curious what people are paying on their landlord policies and who they use? My sfh’s are around $200k in value. I was paying annual around $700 and quoted today at $1,600. Looks like I made a rookie mistake
