Advise from current investors

I’m asking all current investors to give me your opinion what you would do in my situation.

I am a 19 year old studying to get my real estate license. I’m mainly getting my license for the education, but may want to sell homes part time in the future. I want to begin investing more then anything. For the past few months I’ve been studying all of the different types of investing. Owning a portfolio of cash flowing rental properties is my end goal. I do see a lot of young investors are entering the market by wholesaling. The concept makes complete sense to me and I was thinking about starting there. My parents have approximately $20k in my college account they’d be willing to invest in me. If you were at motivated 19 year old looking to get started in real estate, where would you start? Thanks in advanced!
