Going to buy first rental in Knoxville, TN.
Hey this is my first post, my name is Bryant. We are moving from North Idaho to Knoxville and we are using the profit from our home and possibly our remodeling company. We have two small kids and want to get into rentals and flipping homes but want to be smart about it. Any advise as far as what we should buy first and what to be aware of and any other wisdom and guidance is much appreciated. Also is there any investors on here in the Knoxville area?
