Driving for them dollars question

Good morning and happy new year all!

I’m just getting a direct mail campaign going. I’ll be using list source to create lists, but I’m also driving my area locally. What I do is I find an address, look it up on Zillow to get the right address, and then use an app called on x hunt to get the owner name and address. It works, but it’s very time consuming. Does anyone have a more efficient way to get owner info? Most of these houses that catch my eye are in distress and are either vacant or tenant occupied. I’m not a RE agent.

Honestly driving for dollars isn't very efficient haha. I know you're already getting it going, but direct mail is the way to go for sure.
