I want to start buying tax deeds in Arkansas. Do they mail the deeds through USPS?

I want to open a PO box with my local usps store but I read they don't receive letters/packages from FedEx and ups.

What would you recommend, USPS or UPS box?

Hey Chris, there are companies that do hard money and gap loans to fund your deal. You can do a 50/50 profit.
