I’m looking to connect with new investors in the Austin, TX area. Hoping to share information as I am also beginning my journey. Go further together right? How are you guys approaching this new journey? What classes/books/podcasts have you found helpful?

Currently I’m listening to Real Estate Rookie, I’ve found this to be very inspiring. Reading ZillowTalk, helping me understand the overall picture, Skip the Flip, easy to read and very digestible. And I’m currently looking for classes; any recommendations? I do have an active subscription with Skillshare..

@Alexander Canalini, it depends on what your goals are in investing in RE. I really like Columbus OH because its beginner friendly (in the sense that prices are appreciating so almost anything you buy is worth more the next month) and there is a huge tenant pool to choose renters from.
