2 Rental Properties Purchased in 2020; Where do we go from here?

Happy to share we bought our first 2 rental properties outside of CA in 2020! Thanks BP for being a HUGE part of our learning during this process. Looking ahead, we feel we need some guidance on how to leverage what we have so far, taking into account all the different elements of investing: Understanding markets, Taxes (across states), HELOC's, 401k's, etc. We started looking for a financial advisor but learned that portfolio advisors provide more comprehensive advice. We thought we'd post this as a question for the BP community. Any advice would be appreciated! Happy 2021 everybody.
