Are buyers lists an outdated idea?
It needs to be said: if you have a good deal, buyers will find you. Why? Because.... the internet. A “buyers list” isn’t wrong, but it might be antiquated.
If you’re buying deals, is it because of an email or text blast?
Or maybe the mls, Craig’slist / marketplace etc, for off market?
If you’re selling deals, are you having success on email blasts? If so is it a majority or minority of your exits?
I’m just curious frankly.
