Is there anyone who could connect me to agent or help me find great multi tenant commercial RE investments around Dallas. My family friend is trying invest around 1-2m in commercial RE, he owns gas stations properties only never owned any strips so it’ll be his first time. Any suggestions and help will be appreciated.
