Refinancing Cash Out

Kenya Destin
Posted

Initially, the property was my initial residence. I moved out, work purposes, and turned the property to a vacation rental. I am currently in the process of refinancing the property. How would classify the property as an investment property change the refinancing process/Loan rate?

You'll pay about 1% more on the rate (on average), that's about it.
