I am looking at investing in a fourplex near Jackson Blvd. The general area appears to be good with mostly single-family homes around the multiplex, however, would like to get some opinions from the locals about the area (C+, B, B+?)

Although I owned SFRs, this is my first time investing in a multiplex. Any idea on some key things I should be aware of (property-wise, tenants, etc)?

Also, any recommendations on property managers servicing this area?
