Does anyone have a recommendation for a cleaning service to take care of cleaning common areas (landing area, stairs, and laundry room) in a property?

My lender recently notified me of an amendment to the Flood Zone map for my property in Davenport that negatively impacted me. I sent a request to FEMA for a letter of map amendment and they asked to provide The Elevation Information form (MT-1 Form 2) or Elevation Certificate completed and certified by a licensed land surveyor or registered professional engineer. I am reaching out to check if anyone has recommendations for a licensed land surveyor or registered professional engineer who can complete and certify the form/certificate.

I am looking at an SFH in Munford (38058) that appears to have a good CAP Rate. However, I haven't seen many rentals in Munford, so not sure how to figure out rental comps. Can someone provide some perspective on the rental market there, will it be easy to rent, what are the demographics of those renting in this area, avg rent estimates for 3 BR/2 BTH about 1800+ sq. ft
