Where are you Brrrring?

Hey everyone, Im currently trying to find my first rental property to Brrrr, but Im trying to find a cheap market that can be successful to Brrrr in. Im currently In LA, but for my first property I want to start in a cheaper market probably out of state. I would love to hear what cheaper markets you guys have found success brrrring in. Thank you!

@Taylor L. until 4 weeks ago when we had our first kid.  I haven't bought a house since then and I don't know what to do!!!!  :)

@Justin Shabanian I live in Richmond, and it's a great market, but admittedly I don't have any experience in long-distance BRRRRing which I assume would be a whole different animal.  Ultimately I would guess you need to build a rock solid team first and foremost, the same necessity that I needed to do locally.  It's almost cheating when it's local because I have a great network here.  Lots of opportunity out there, build the right team wherever you decide to go and you'll be much better for it.
