New Jersey Multifamily investment

D. McNabb
Posted

Hi Guys,

Can anyone give me a little insight owning multifamily property in New Jersey? I was pondering buying either in Bayonne or Elizabeth NJ, what are pros and cons? How much is rent for 2bd unit or 3bd unit, what is going rate?

Just looking for a small feedback.

Thank you,

D

Hey D,

These answers can be foundly pretty easily by checking sites like Trulia, Zillow, or Realtor. Just search for rentals in whatever area you're interested in and you'll be able to see what everyone else is charging in that area.

Hope this was helpful!
