Hello BP! Does anyone have any recommendations on a great CPA that works with real estate investors in the Staten Island, NY area? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

@Carl LaPiedra Thanks for your input and market insight.

@Raj G. Hey thank you for the info. I will definitely stay in touch. I'll do more research on the NJ area.

Hi Carl,

I did check Zillow, and Realtor.com but I wasn't sure if their rental price was accurate. I will definitely used their #s.

@Carl LaPiedra, I was wondering if that would be a great area to invest in for Multi-famliy (Bayonne)?

I really appreciated your feedback.

Thanks a million,

D

Hi Guys,

Can anyone give me a little insight owning multifamily property in New Jersey? I was pondering buying either in Bayonne or Elizabeth NJ, what are pros and cons? How much is rent for 2bd unit or 3bd unit, what is going rate?

Just looking for a small feedback.

Thank you,

D

Hey guys, I really appreciated the feedback, I will being doing a lot more intensive evaluation of the Charlotte and Raleigh market before pulling the trigger and relocate with my family. And @Taylor L. you are correct with all the A class High rise going up constantly, am looking to start with either a duplex, triplex or maybe a fourplex but I will be competing with newer class buildings. That was my major concern, when I research the Charlotte market.

@Robi Schreckhise I will definitely connect with you to get some more info regarding the Charlotte market. I want to thank you so much.

@Caleb Harmon, also thank you for your feedback, I so gladly appreciated.

Hey, @Account Closed I was looking at the Raleigh market too, because I know their public school education system is great based on people's feedback compared to Charlotte. I have three kids, they are all young 7,6 and 4 so that was a concern of mine, but I want thank you for the feedback.

Thank you so much,

D.Martino

Hi BP community, Im from NYC and thinking about moving to Charlotte, NC. Im interested in buying multifam properties in Charlotte or maybe Raleigh and was wondering if anyone has any insight on the North Carolina market and if it would be a good idea to invest there. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
