Recommendations for fix and flipper books
Best fix and flippers book? I want to know how to get the arv as an appraiser or at least, I want to get the closest to that. I am aware that I have to find similiar comps etc. I watched ton of videos about it. However, I found the papers of my house. I checked the appraiser section. I analyzed them, and all the adjustments. I want to be able to get the arv as close as I can to appraisers. I'm looking for a book that teaches me to do it correctly
