Hello, I am passionate about becoming a mortgage broker, lender, and investor. I have so many questions, and I'd love to net work with mortgage brokers or lenders so I can learn from them. I need real experience. I just want to learn, and progress in life. I am located in North Jersey, if there is a way we can network, please let me know.

Hello! My grandpa wants to invest with me. However, he has $50000 credit card debt. His house is is 94% paid off, and he is a veteran with a va loan that hasn't be used. He wants to invest in properties. We want to use the va loan (or va rehab loan) to fix a house, and then sell it or find creative ways to take full advantage of the va loan. Based on your knowledge, is there any creative strategies that I can use to maximize profit? What would you do if you were me? Is there little inconvenients that I'm not being aware of?

Hello! My grandpa is a veteran. He hasn't used his va loan. I am trying to find a creative way to use it for a flip or invest it. I am aware of the va rehab, and that he has to live in the property for at least a year. These are the following questions that I have. Are there creative ways to use this loan in order to maximize profit? Is there little inconvenients that I'm not being aware of? What would you do if you were me?

Hello! I am currently struggling with bpo/cma. I find it extremely difficult to master this skill, and I am well aware that this is a priority and critical if you want to be successful in real estate. I want to do it like real brokers, Ive watched countless youtube videos.. however, I am aware that they teach erroneous things. I'd truly appreciate any recommendations from brokers/ agents with experience on how to master this? The right approach to get an accurate market analysis. Please, help. Thank you.
