I’m looking to get into real estate investing in the Dallas ft worth area in about 90 days. I know I want to get a multi family so I can either house hack or buy and hold to start my journey not sure which one I should do and I’m not to sure where to start.

Welcome to BP! Yep if you plan on occupying the property you are able to qualify for 3% down loans.
