Business Bank Accounts for Each Property
Hi, new investor here. I bought my first turnkey SFR back in March if this year. It's cash flowing beautifully and the funds are deposited each month in a separate checking account that I opened for just this purpose. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on another property and I'm wondering if I should establish a new account for the cash flow to be deposited in or if a should just "co-mingle" with the funds from property 1.
Just curious to know what others are doing Is it important to keep everything segregated?
Thanks !
