Other people's money
The big guys like Robert Kiyosaki often talk about opm or other people's money.
Now i understand the opm process is, but I have some concerns.
1)Like how long before my property increases in value for me to make a profit? If I invested just to flip it once appraised, it makes sense to make my profit quick and logically it wasn't like the property would jump from say 100k to 150k in a matter of 6-8 months(just a number to indicate short term)
2) what if the value never increases?
