What are some opinions on investing Near or in the new up in coming Aerotroplis, CO. Do opinions differ for newer real estate investors? Is it worth investing in or areas around it? Etc.

The only reason I know that area exists is I helped build a 40MW solar array out there a few years ago. In general I like the west side of town a lot better as supply is limited by geography whereas the east side has much less natural restriction to growth.
