Indianapolis investment guidance

Posted

Looking to invest in a rental property in Indianapolis. Is now still a good time to get in that market or did I miss the rush?

Also open to any area recommendations. I was looking at fountain square / bates-Hendricks area.

Cheers!

Indianapolis definitely still has great rentals, but you are picking two of the hottest flipping markets in all Indy. Would recommend focusing on up and comers like Irvington, Bean Creek, etc.
