Why investor don’t buy n hold 55 + community
Hi y’all my name fabian from Riverside, ca and I have essential quick questions why is it, with respect I am asking to the general investors, technically speaking in our modern society I don’t see investors invest in 55 + communities. if you are younger under 55 are you allowed to purchase this type of investment properties? Any restrictions regulations? pros and cons?
