Investing in and around Orange County

Hi!! I’m new to Real Estate. I’ve been reading BP forums, watching youtube videos, doing my research. My goal is to invest in my first property within the next year. What does the real estate market look like right now in Orange County. Is it a good time to invest right now? Should I look into investing in Orange County or other areas close by? Any insight would be appreciated!!

Thanks so much!

@Kiran Parwez the OC market is on fire right now. Multiple offers over asking price. Perfect storm for my flips as several coming on the market shortly. Learn the business and jump on in the water is fine.
