During my driving for dollars I came across a home where the owner is deceased and the home has a complaint on record.  How do you normally locate next of kin in order to see if you can help them sell their families home?

@Jason Regan try Whitepages.com, each record typically has relatives or people that have lived at that address previously. If this helps - I'd appreciate a vote.
