In the past few years I've been able to find many deals over the the MLS, but now with market being so competitive it's difficult to find a deal that works for me in my area.

I’m looking for alternative solutions.

Has anyone used Auction.com ? What kind of success have you had ?

Where do you all recommend I find deals outside of using the MLS sites?

I’m invest in the south jersey/Philadelphia area? Thank you in advance

Hi Kyle! I use data providers and bulk mailers to reach off-market deals.
