Happy Thursday all!

My girlfriend and I are visiting Charlotte, NC from September 9th-13th as we're looking to move there when she is finished up with law school in the next year. I would love to network with anyone involved in RE investing out there as I will certainly be investing in the backyard. Any advice/insight/recommendations on RE Investing, the market, what to do, where to stay, etc. would be greatly appreciated as well.
