Hey all,

I’m currently trying to close on my 5th flip. On my first 2 flips, I’ve used my own down payment money combined with leveraging hard money for the rest. The next three has been private money bringing the down payments on the HM as most of them are buddies of mine.

I’m currently doing a challenge to raise money for bigger amounts of private capital but was also wondering if there’s an opportunity for Hardmoney or private lending on bigger pockets through individuals or a simpler process than traditional Hard Money companies.

Hey BP,

My partner and I are starting to wholesale in a new market and have pulled leads pulled/skip traced. I've realized that hiring a cold caller will be essential so that I can focus on warm leads and utilizing my time more efficiently. Does anyone have good experience with cold callers and where they're based out of? Any good companies to go with? I've heard to avoid Phillipines but am open to any suggestions.

My girlfriend and I are visiting Charlotte, NC from September 9th-13th as we're looking to move there when she is finished up with law school in the next year. I would love to network with anyone involved in RE investing out there as I will certainly be investing in the backyard.
