Room rentials with leases in San Diego

Hello,

Upon hearing the latest podcast about the guest using his strategy to rent out rooms of the houses he owns in Seattle, wa area and how he can rent up to 8 rooms with leases it sparked interest for me here I. San Diego. Was curious if anyone has any experience with this or knows the layout. Can you have a house with 6 bedrooms that you rent out with leases? Are there limits ways around this? Seems like that could get immediate cash flow?

Help me see what I am missing?

@Kenny Robbins, That's a great question, I will, and I suggest speaking with someone at the San Diego Housing Commission. One question I like to ask when the City gives me an answer about their guidelines and regulations; how is it enforced? and is there a permit?
