So I recently turned 21 and looking to get into investing.

I’m from Tennessee and I like the idea of vacation rentals but am completely open to other ideas, not exactly sure what is best. I have around 100k in savings. I’d appreciate any advise that anyone has to offer! Thanks in advance!

@Tyler Corbett 1st lesson,.....NEVER disclose how much you have to others. Keep it on a "need to know" basis. 🤐

This will keep the scammers and swindlers at bay.

Next, educate yourself thoroughly on what niche you'd like to go into in RE.

Afterwards be sure to plan your tax structure for your business with your accounting team.
