@Andrew Rosenbaum 1st thing is that if you want to avoid the scammers, theives, and all the other evil villains of the RE world, never announce your financial position! People will figure out what to do with your money if you don't!

No one understood his question. He's talking about when they're actually calling you back while you're on another call. This is called a "callback". There's a message played to them when they ANSWER the phone from one of your various lines. Everyone has scripts for other things. This gets weird because now you're forcing them to speak to a pre-recorded message the minute they answer the phone which would instantly irritate most people.

How do you break through that barrier?

@Barry Pekin
 Thanks for that GoDaddy advice. I've tried others but didn't know they offered the service!

@Tyler Corbett 1st lesson,.....NEVER disclose how much you have to others. Keep it on a "need to know" basis. 🤐

This will keep the scammers and swindlers at bay.

Next, educate yourself thoroughly on what niche you'd like to go into in RE.

Afterwards be sure to plan your tax structure for your business with your accounting team.

@Tyrone Marson Property mgmt should be taking all of your repair requests and etc unless you tell them to contact if the repairs exceed a specific dollar amount.
