Assembling Your Team: Step 1

Posted

Hi all,

I am grateful to have found this community to be a part of. I went Pro immediately and I left my crappy job to go all-in on REI.

What is the right approach and right questions to ask in order to assemble your team?

-RE Agent

-Lender

-Contractor

-Prop. Manager

-Investor

-Title Co.

-Who is missing?

Answer any or all with your personal experience!

My advice: find a Rockstar REA and a Rockstar PM. These two pros will likely have a network of referrals that you can immediately leverage. There is no need to build an entire team from scratch when others have already done that and are eager to share with you. Easy peasy. Remember: eagles fly with other eagles, they don't fly with turkeys!
