Hey guys, quick question! If I’m trying to wholesale a property that is represented by a listing agent and they ask for proof of funds what do I do? Thanks in advance! 🙏🏻

How about being honest with them?  Swapping out buyers at the last minute is not real nice thing to find out a close.

It also affects the quality of your offer and how its considered.
