Data for Analyzing Markets

Hey BP Community!

I am doing an in-depth market analysis and want to hear about important factors and where to find the respective data. I have looked around on other forums, but if you find any articles, forums, or relevant podcasts, please share the link! Finally, I know some market factors are much more meaningful than others. What factors do you think are the most important to consider?

Here is everything I have already complied. Some of the data is not current and only looks at a county level (rather than on a zip code level). If you have more specific or current data sources please share!

Rent Rates

Market Appreciation

Housing Stock

Crime Rates

Population Growth

Vacancy Rates

Job Composition

Schools

Thanks for the help everyone!
