Looking to network with ppl in or around CLEVELAND, OH :)
Hi, Im just starting out in near Cleveland, OH and opened for any advice or suggestions.
I think it would be great to meet and converse with ppl whose goals are similar to mine.
What Im hoping to do in cleveland: My short term goal is to obtain a 2-4 unit home in a decent area, live in one unit while renting the others.
The problem is Ive been seeing plenty on 2-4 units (mostly duplexes) that are already occupied and just ready to “buy”
Ideally I’ll prefer to buy a already occupied home but Im learning that’s where things get tricky with trying to get loan help.
If you know great lenders & realtors to work with for beginners please help a sista out.
I want to be apart of rebuilding my city and of course generating good cash flow.
Thank you for reading.
