The waiting... oh my... so much waiting

We have offers on three houses (off market, acquaintance) and two lots (on market for long time eager to sell) now.

What do you guys do while you wait? Should I keep looking for deals? This is all very exhausting looking for deals and crunching construction cost on each deal 24/7 I only have budget and time for four projects to manage at a time. I do not want to do a bunch more deals we have to pass on.

Or is there a place where you can refer deals/projects/Plans to other people for referral fees or something like that. So if I have done my due diligence with cities/counties and complete construction costs estimates etc are there people out there who are interested in those who would want to check them out and see if it was equitable for them?

How many offers do you guys like to have out at a time?
